I just started canning in Sept. And I LOVE it! It really is addicting.. :)
So far this year I've canned:
Dill pickles
Spicy dill pickles
Salsa
Stewed tomatoes
Pasta sauce
Glazed carrots
Regular carrots
Corn
Creamed corn..(that didn't work out so well.so the chickens are getting that..lol.)...
