And FYI you can use FROZEN brussel sprouts, just dump them in...
I agree with 3 goodeggs, that is why the second batch I added the lemon juice. I am not recommending what I did, I am new to canning and I just tried a batch the way she does them. I do not know the variety of tomatoes she grows..I ask her next time I see her.
