Just got my pears put up. I kow it's late but they are hard to find around here so we got some while on vacation. I like to can the old hard sand pears. They stay a little crisp if you don't overcook 'em. Can't wait to get our own trees. we did 2 dozen pints , half in apple juice. That seems to...- tigercreek
