If it were me, I would keep her on the corrid for the 5 days, followed with some vitamins in the water for a couple of days. It took several days before my birds were up and acting normal. It sounds to me like you are on the right track.
I would add the corrid to the water and continue using the syringe to make sure she is getting the medication. You can also syringe feed her plain yogurt.
If you buy the corrid powder, the dose is 1/2 tsp per gallon of water, mixed fresh for 5 days. You have to treat all your birds with it. When the 5 days are done, they are depleted of Thiamine which is a B vitamin so Vitamin supplements added to the water are beneficial. Also, plain yogurt is...
