Sorry for the confusion, I meant the tomato seeds. I've still not read any scientific information about tomato seeds in a ripe tomato or a ripe pepper being toxic, the way that green potato skins are toxic.

I've never come across information saying that tomato seeds are toxic. Even the foliage isn't particularly toxic all the time. The levels raise at certain times during it's stage of growth. I thought the problem with hot pepper seeds was the extreme heat in the seeds, compared to the rest of...
