    Everything still looks female, female in molt. I assume the birds are less than 6 months old. Too clean looking to be typical commercial layers retired.

    Your birds with respect to flight feathers of tail are in good shape. That makes it easy. Do a search on white leghorn rooster images and look first at tail. Notice the long curved feathers on males / roosters. See link below...
