I'm glad you resurrected this thread! I've determined that I absolutely stink at hatching. My last 2 hatches from my own silkies were alive & kicking at day 18 when I moved them to the hatcher. I ended up with 5 out of 16 the first hatch then 4 out of 18 this last time! I'm going to change...
