Went to sleep and now I have two more Silkie babies that hatched! :) The AM is so photogenic as you can tell. I'm still waiting on some of them to pip. But I'm still on the bottom of the 20th, so I'm being patient- katie1500

Day 20- This is my malpositioned chick that I posted about earlier. Helped a little but he/she kicked out on her/his own a few hours ago! Also I had a lav silkie hatch too. They are cuddling together. I have a few more that are piped but seem to not be quite ready yet. Yay!! :D- katie1500

Not yet, pip was at around 1PM and still hasnt started to zip yet. Humidity is good and so is temp. I can hear a few chirps coming from there now but I am just patiently waiting.- katie1500

Is there a proper "area" of the egg where a chick pips? Just thought of this because I think one of mine has piped in a weird spot (1/4 from the top).- katie1500

Thought Id share about what I'm hatching! I got some babies to hatch out early September, silkies and AMs- both shipped. Unfortunately some of the AMs are very porous and didnt develop at all. And 2 silkie eggs had detached air cells. Only 8 days to go until hatch day!- katie1500
