    they would be better than the first- heavier contacts are typically better. where they blades are solid instead of having the slot cut typically makes a bit more force to push them - but they usually dont wear out as fast.

    they should work just fine. the trick is in the mounting of them - i dont have the greatest machine tools, so i drill a hole and file it for adjustments (its not as bad as it sounds). if you have access to a mill you can cut slots to make it adjustable.
