I love mine too ;) Today no one came out of the coop. I did notice a tiny bit of frostbite (I'm guessing that's it) on my d'uccle. I put vaseline on him. I think their coop is ventilated enough, but they do sit outside most of the day so it could have gotten a little wet and cold yesterday.
