He flipped a switch, then stared in horror, "Oh." The room was spotless white. All white. There were rows of chairs, like dentist chairs. And screens with information about all the orphans. And metal tables with strange equipment.
He grabbed a small tool kit nearby him and took out a pair of wire cutters . He snipped off one of the rings and peeled off the rubber coating. He handed the notebook back to Reba. He straightened the wire and stuck it in the tiny slit in the door, wiggled it around a bit, and heard the lock...
Joshua nodded. "I thought so." he said quietly. There, on the edge. He felt around in his pockets. Nope. He turned, frustrated and saw Reba's notebook. He grinned, "Can I see that for a moment?"
Joshua looked around in the basement. It seemed normal.

There it was. A little door, made into the wall. "Come on."
