She could just be a heavy milk producer. Mastitis is usually fairly painful and as you mentioned, usually only affects one or a few of the teats, but I have heard of it occasionally affecting all of the teats. Usually the milk is filled with pus and stringy though. It's really difficult to tell...- Chickerdoodle13
