That's a spur bump. All chicks have them. It doesn't mean it's a rooster. I would guess it's a pullet based on the dark "eyeliner". That is a guess, though, based on experience.- juliechick

It's not blue. If it's a Leghorn, it is a Brown Leghorn. It does look like one to me.- juliechick
