I would remove all of the eggs until you're ready for her to sit. Put ceramic, plastic or wooden eggs in the nest box. They don't know the difference. Otherwise you're going to end up with broken eggs, and/or a staggered hatch; which is inconvenient for the hen and may result in dying chicks.
