Hay how’s your hatching! Calls are a tab bit difficult. I just hatched out 12. Lost quite a few in my last hatching. The dry versus didn’t go so well for me. I think it depends on the weather as well as a number of other things that can go wrong.
Sounds like he had more then just a leg issue, perhaps something internally. Poor thing, But you gave it your BEST shot, so hold your head up high be proud of that..
OK try the theropy thing, just set him on your chest, hold him, place both feet flat and gradually, lift him so that he uses that leg. even try to hold him to the side on the leg so he has no choice but to use it.
Is he still curling that foot?? If not, GREAT, hes on the right path, then all we have to do is get some strenght in that leg and he should be on the road to recovery... If not, keep taping it up until he gets it flat, also make sure hes still geting that Vitamin B, remember it takes a while...

Remember, you want the toes to touch but something to hold his weigh up, you don't want all his weight on that leg just yet because it's very very weak right now. Could cause more damage.
Try something like that or similar for like 24 hours get him to use those toes the sock thing works great because it takes the weight off his injuried leg but gives him a chance to use it correctly. Of course you don't have to use the potpourri thing like I did just use what you can to get his...
Here's how I made mine I used a bottom of a potpourri candler or pot
Just the bottom part. I covered it with a sock and put two holes in to for his feet. The idea is to have his feet dangling inside but enough for his toes to touch the bottom. The sock is to hold his body up.
Here's an...
He boot needs to be an an L shape so that his flabby foot goes in front of him so that he can use those toes. The toes are extremely important for him to be able to get around
