if you are looking in from the air cell and there is no movement i think they are goners
but the chick on the left I thought for sure was a dead egg and was going to toss then I did see it move- it was a day late but hatched now bigger than other chick.
when you first put eggs in incubator, it is best to have pointed end down. when it is day 18 and you have candled the high end should be down and the low end should be up.
