MY FIRST EVER EXTERNAL PIP TURNED INTO THIS! I thought I was losing my mind this morning at about 3:30 am, hearing noises coming from the bator! (For the first time in three weeks, we had no tv (cable was out) and no fans running as it was 57 degrees out)...so after confiding in a fellow...

I would 'assume' that as each baby pips, zips and then hatches out their little bodies will be pumping out the heat and with them being wet then your bator's humidity should rise accordingly... I am sooooo happy for you !!!! On day 20 over...

Hey Bryce, Since you are in lock down you are probably 'stuck' keeping an eye on the eggs... are they sitting on the bottom of the bator or are they resting on something else? As long as fluff nut doesn't roll a zipper into a corner or otherwise block said zippers in a precarious spot, you'd...

X2 WendyF... I saw a gentleman on YouTube water candle eggs that he couldn't see movement in and those eggs bounced up and down showing proof of life...also added a bit of H20 to the egg which can't hurt if they are late 'bloomers', which I pray they are. Fingers crossed, all ten of them, wish...

Ok 'gang', I cheated again and candled all my eggs today. ( I have named them A-I, 9 eggs total ) the only one I am having any trouble seeing a circulatory systems in is F. 'Poor' little F! Maybe he/she will catch up soon or is just hiding from me (?) I bumped the bleepin' carton, thus giving...

Congratulations on your viable eggs Dispatch! I just watched YouTube videos, yesterday morning as a matter of fact, especially where one woman assisted two sets of twins. So, though rare, it does happen! So 'egg'-cited for you. Hopefully those videos can help in some way get you across that...

Hi everybody, I too am going the Dry Hatch route and have a question to throw out to you regarding Brinsea's methodology in regards to a daily 1-2 hour cool down method... It makes sense to me and I am wondering if anyone else has tried this with any success? (or) At least thought about it...

Maybe chemicals in the plastic are combining in some way with the ACV giving the water a taste they aren't familiar with?
