I took this one yesterday when I found she (hopeful thinking) had hatched.
I'm just being impatient and know it, but I did look closer again at the other one I thought had pipped internally and saw it was not moving, when I could see movement in it before, why I thought it had pipped...
yay for you, I thought i had 2 internal pips, but now I think it was only one, because one is out, and I turned off the ligth to re-candle air cells, and there was no internal pip in the second egg. now I'm sitting on my hands hoping that this tiny little silkie will have more company her age...
I'm setting a batch of silkie eggs early next week, as soon as my July hatch is done (due monday) I had 1/5 make it to lock down, for the silkie eggs, but I have a number of barnyard mixes in the bator too. I'll have 4 Black Australorps as well in my Aug hatch, I'm pushing it into the winter...
