Yes, our 14.3 hh horse is currently wearing a rug 24/7. Our mini however, doesn't wear a rug at all, as he is so fat and fuzzy :)

Hmm, only thing is they're expensive. And I don't think we'd be getting a stable any time soon. We are definitely going to building a three sided shelter for them sometime though, so I guess that would help for next Winter
