I live at about 3700 feet and my mother had brahmas, orpingtins and jersey Giants that all did well. Popular chickens in my area are australorps and dominiques.- Duckymark

Despite the time I've lived here I still think it's nice cool weather all year. I lived 17 years in South East Florida growing up. The mosquitos there have alligator mouths and shooting them just irritates them.- Duckymark
