    My barred rock rooster has more white on his tail feathers then on his body. Since molting, he also developed a solid, beetle-green feather on his wing. I think it just depends on their genetics.

    That's very useful to know, thanks. Maybe they could call it something like Partial Crele, so that people knew which was being talked about.

    Its kind of hard to tell, but from what I've seen of creles, that doesn't quite look like one. I'm no expert though. And the coloration is still awesome no matter what.

    Those are beautiful! Thank you for the pictures! However, I think the one I saw had darker, patterned hackles and a lighter body. This definitely helps though, since I wanted to know the cross behind the coloration.
