    This is actually how I do mine too....except I add the baking soda and remove from heat as well as shutting it off, mainly because I have an electric stove. I love doing them this way, because you don't get that green on the yolk.

    That's a GREAT idea!! I'm anxious to see the results. I use the baking soda in water method, except I peel them while they're still warm...the shells slide right off.
