I am so upset right now. I had 9 eggs set to hatch....3 under my broody silkie and gave 6 to my stepdaughter to take to school in her classroom to hatch in the incubator. Well, my broody stopped setting about halfway through, and I didn't catch it in time to save them, so I lost those three...- madicakes

This is actually how I do mine too....except I add the baking soda and remove from heat as well as shutting it off, mainly because I have an electric stove. I love doing them this way, because you don't get that green on the yolk.- madicakes

That's a GREAT idea!! I'm anxious to see the results. I use the baking soda in water method, except I peel them while they're still warm...the shells slide right off.- madicakes
