I use mini zip ties and change them when they get tight. No issues and they still wear them as hens, although I use larger ones so I can see the colors from a distance with my awful eyes. LOL- tntchix

CC, try this if you want for the cough: 1 tsp cinnamon to 6-8 oz boiling water in mug let steep. Add 2 tbsp raw honey after water cools a bit, (do not add to boiling water) You can also add lemon or acv I'm glad you are feeling a little better.- tntchix
