I should have specified, it's not wire on the bottom, thank goodness. It's a solid wooden floor. It used to have wire before one of my dogs chewed it up, and it was rebuilt to be wooden all around (except the front side).
What do you all think about an old rabbit hutch as a temporary coop? At least until my schedule clears up enough to be able to build a bigger one (I have cross-state trips and court upcoming).
