Your Cochin in the photo is definitely a rooster. Knowing your Silkies are 3+ months old, I'm still thinking pullets. :o)

How old are they? I don't see anything screaming rooster so I'm thinking pullet at this point, but young Silkies can be notoriously difficult to sex, even for experience chicken farmers.
