Please do a final update in another few weeks. She has female saddle feathers, but her comb and wattles are larger and more red than than the typical 13-week-old pullet. I can definitely understand why you were unsure of her gender.
By age 12 weeks, pointy saddle feathers should be obvious if the bird is a male. The photos are a bit blurry, but best as I can tell the saddle feathers are round, which would mean pullet. Can you get a close-up photo of the saddle feathers?
