ONLY get docusate sodium — no other active ingredients or it could make it worse. The one in the photo has no other active ingredients listed so should be ok. You don’t want any stimulant laxative ingredients. I’ve included photo of the one I used.

I went through that with one of mine. Although coconut oil helped loosen things up what seemed to help the most for us was giving her some Colace (docusate sodium). Mine was eating pine shavings as a chick. I also supplemented with grit.
