Thanks LG!!! I do have hard water, will research a water softener--prefer one for immediate use in the washer. I am surprised the mix settles and separates..... But dang it is a whole lot cheaper than a big box of A&H !!!!!

Mushroom are a well documented cancer fighter--10 g a day reduced breast cancer 40% in the study quoted. I wont mess with my coffee. LOL How do you make a mushroom tea?? Have almost eliminated using rice because of the relative high levels of arsenic---white rice lower levels than brown...

Often better to stay with what is working. Have a friend that is type I and do have a pretty good understanding of insulin. I was type 2 when prego, now just sensitive to carbs and insulin, on that road to type 2 diabetes. My sugar levels swing wildly based on carb intake and my insulin...

Geez LG, I totally avoided bread to keep my BS on track.....vegies and meats and fats kept it running even at all times. Generally chucked the carbs like bread, pasta, and grains. Fewer fruits, too. Did have a Ben and Jerry's occasionally. Laughing.

Using walmart bags the BIG BLUE BAGS to act as grow bags for the early tomatos, and the newly grafted pear trees that need to sit in a nursery for a year then plant out any that survived my novice techniques. sorry for bad spelling , my laptop wont access the spellcheck for this website.

We watched a million utube videos on grafting to get comfortable with the procedures. Learned a few tidbits in each. Like not touching the cut area and using clean washed hands and knives. Using coconut oil as an anti bacterial in the home made grafting wax. We did about 20 last night of bosc...

I usually have a lg jar if marinating eggs. A small qt size mason jar didnt cut it. They r delish!!!! I use Braggs as the vingar for greater health benefits too. Many recipes to try. Some herbs make the whites look muddy. Perhaps that is why beet juice is used-- to make them appealing again.

LG-- great idea!!! Garlic going in as soon as I get home. And then kale smoothy. Hardy stuff that kale. Have decided I need more leafy veg to go in the garden as the balance in not right ( due to too much manure) for the fruiting vegies like tomatos. Though the squash clearly love the...
