Our fence is woven field fence, its 47 inches tall, we run a single strand of barbed wire on the top of that about 5 to 6 inches above the woven wire. We used to have nubians nd very very rarely did we have one that would jump it, now we have boer goats and they never have never jumped it.
We use t-post in all of our fences, for goats, cattle, and horses. They work great. Just use a wooden post for the corners and where ever else your fence isnt in a straight line. In a straight line you still will want a wooden post every 40 or 50 ft or so to be able to stretch your wire from...
