Please someone help, o browsed the forum and every one said they are eggbound or broody but i know that she is not eggbound or broody plus my others are not laying eggs.

I have an olive egger who only laid 2 eggs than stopped. She is not going broody and she is not eggbound. All of my other hens have never laid an egg either. She is fine, she runs around growling at the others, but she has been doing that before 3 month old. Can anyone help me? My brother is...
