    The bin held a bunch of different colored chicks, even some that were a darker silver gray. But there were at least 12-15 that were this light silver with cream to light yellow bellies, feathered feet, and black beaks.

    The lady before me picked out six exactly like my two, and there were at least four or five more in the mixed bin after I got my two. I was going to pick out two Naked Necks, but these silver babies changed my mind. They were too pretty to pass up!

    Hoover Hatchery is where these came from. They don't have combs yet, only a line where one would be, and it looks kinda dark like the beak. Sorry the pictures arent better, its nasty outside, so no natural light.

    Here is the list on Hoover's site. Thing is, non of the listed blue, silver, or lavender breeds on this list have feathered feet. It's a mystery! 😂

    Aren't those bantam, though? These chicks do look like the self blue D'Uccles, but they aren't small like a bantam chick would be. They are bigger than the Polish chicks I got at the same time.
