    They were 16 weeks when we got them from a farmer who breeds them, they started laying 3 weeks later we live in Ireland. I will google the red sexlinks thanks again aart you have been so helpful :)

    Mae was advertised as a rir but I think she is hybrid as she is not the deep red of a rir, no the egg she laid this morning was normal thank goodness. I will follow your advice no treats for a couple of weeks....they will not be happy lol. Mae is the one on the right. Thanks for your help :)

    Hi aart, She was dirty around her feathers in the vent area. She is a rhode Island red/hybrid. She has access all day to layer pellets and gets treats like corn in the evening, melon or spaghetti or larva bettle or cabbage late morning.
