All I know is these are orignated from Eygpt I think...and are smaller and not as hairy as Borzois. I also read they are couch potatoes with bad breathe that dont shed much at all (hypoallergenic,lol) and never have a doggy smell. But are sight dogs and will chase after anything small that flys...
