    I also count carbs rather than calories!! I eat foods with less then 5 carbs per serving for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, then pretty much don't count them for dinner.

    I'm changing my answer. I follow both: The Blood Type Diet: http://www.dadamo.com/ and The Glycemic Index: http://www.glycemicindex.com/ I also follow a high-Lysine, low-Arginine diet because I suffer from chronic shingles.
