Dirty vent
Picture of her dirty vent area and runny poop would help. The mushy poop you see could be the ceceal poop, which is normal. What breed is she? When I've had Wyandottes or BOs (puffy butt feathers) they'd sometimes have dirty butt feathers.- ChickNanny13
