I would have recommended a bigger building but the OP seemed pretty sure they would only have 2 birds and I've seen lots of coops that size with 2 chickens that seem to do fine.

Having the nests at the same height or above the roosts will cause the hens to sleep in the nests. = poopy eggs

Just make sure the nests aren't under the roosts or there will always be feces in them. Better yet, the chickens shouldn't have to walk under the roost to enter the nests or they can track feces into the nests as they walk under Unless you clean the coop every morning when they wake up.
