I don't have that rooster anymore. Right now I have one that I raised from a chick and he doesn't need a crow collar or anything. He only crows in the mornings and rarely during the day. My neighbors have also gotten used to my roosters, so there's no need to use a crow collar anymore.
Of course! His name is Fluffy. He'll be 11 months old this month. In the 1st picture he's younger, but you can see his crest before it was cut.

Yep, 100% agree. I kept one of the roosters I hatched in April 2021. He seemed very happy about the new girls. The woman who I got these girls from also said my rooster looks quite nice.
Sorry, I'm just so excited that I had to share this somewhere. Just got 3 silkie hens today!! They're so cute!! This is actually my first time owning silkie hens. Last year almost all of my silkies turned out to be roosters and the 1 pullet ended up being killed by our dog. Sad...
