I need a magical tiny quail to keep my hands warm! My decision toward ducks is wavering...

Ducks are way more fun to watch but quail are easier to care for. I would want a pond to have ducks simply because it would be easier to maintain and while cute, you can't free-range quail (or if you tried you wouldn't have quail for very long, lol)...dare I say I'm leaning toward ducks even...

I don't have either but I want both. I'm not sure I can be helpful in this debate. lol
