Yes. Unless you’re allergic to iodine or something. My friend’s mom is. They figured it out doing a science experiment for homeschool. Her blood cells were exploding under the microscope and they figured out it was reacting with the iodine. Lol

Now, now. I can’t think of any religious texts that name that procedure as taboo. Those texts existed before the practice was commonplace. People may get nosebleeds from standing on a moral high ground. But it is moral, and not religious, despite them citing religion.
If someone is claiming religious reasons, they better not be getting a meningitis vaccine to attend college, or have had any of the other vaccinations that are regularly given to children as obviously their parents would claim religious freedom as a way of avoiding having the child vaccinated...
