You just have to provide enough that all birds are able to access feed one way or another. They definitely will be interested since the feed will be in something different. Or you can feed her separated from the flock so that she gets her share.

Yeah, that most likely is why she's having issues eating. Since she has a beak deformity, I would offer the feed in a container so that is easier to get a beak full. They have containers that can hook right onto the fencing.

I would trim the beak a little to even it up. Is her food crumbles or pellets? What type of feeder? If she's still having issues, try feeding her food wet.
