You can't really go by just sickle feathers. Pullets have those, too. The saddle feathers are what tell it here. I agree, it does have a red comb, which is unusual, so if you want to post back in a couple weeks, and see if it's developed the male feathering, or not.

If its 3-4 months old, it should be showing male feathering, and its not. Also, being a crossbred, red on the wings/shoulders doesn't even mean anything. It doesn't really even mean anything in the EE breed, as there are pullets that have had the red shoulders.
