I swear this little yellow star/sun thing in the alerts dropdown is new. I think it takes you to whatever caused the alert.

No. Go to a profile page and scroll to the very bottom. The last thing on the page will a little box with gender and location. The same info was always under details in the main box.

Gender and location show up at the bottom of every part of a profile page if the user has them filled. I don't, so not there for mine.

For those who have them, I can see bookmarks on profile popup. Not sure if that is new.

Not new. It has been there a while. I use it often.
