She looks like an ostrich! One of my hens "forgot" to molt when the rest molted, like 6 weeks ago. So now it's freezing and we have 6cm of snow, and she looks like a plucked turkey.

One of my roosters seems to have problems letting go of his pretty tail each year. He always keeps one long feather on his butt untill the new tailfeathers grow on. It looks ridicilous, but hey, he can say he has a tail yearround.
