The roof is about 4ft tall. It has chicken wire on the top. Do you think I need to make it smaller/taller?

My only guess is that she hit her head on something and has some kind of nerve damage... I had another quail that was injured by a cat before I doubled down on the wiring and she acted similarly and her neck was a bit displaced. I’m wondering if this one flew up and hit her neck or something...

Ok so this morning I came out and found her like this.... she’s alive, but she’s flopping around and can’t walk or anything.... it all happened so suddenly. Last night she was totally fine.

I may be overreacting, but I’ve noticed one of my adult quails has been acting a little funny. She’s been eating and drinking and such. She hides in the shade and/or in little dirt pits, but she always looks a little puffed up and like her wing is hurt. I’m not 100% sure and I don’t know if this...
