not really, it should dry up and fall of in the next few days, just make sure it is just umbilical and not intestines, try to make sure it doesnt get caught on anything because that could pull out intestines, you could put a small band-aid over it to keep it safe

do you have any electrolytes for it? sav-a-chick, poly-vi-sol (w/o iron), pedialyte, gatorade that should help Good Luck and welcome to BYC!!
