Sometimes it can be difficult to tell the difference in peck wounds and pox. The only reason I believe the OP’s chicken may have it, is the beige spots on the wattles and earlobe. Above is pox, and it can look different in each case or strain.
It looks like fowl pox on the combs, and you can see the pale beige scabs starting on the wattles and earlobe. I cannot see the foot picture well enough to know if the is an injury or peck wound, but pox can appear on almost any area of the body. It is a virus spread by mosquitoes and lasts...
