@dawg53 and @casportpony are pretty good with worms. To me it looks like a roundworm. Valbazen or SafeGuard, even Wazine 17 if you can find it, would all treat roundworms. If it was a tapeworm, then a product with praziquantel would be needed. Equimax horse paste has praziquantel.
