Cool, thanks for the info!!!

I thought I followed the instructions for making ACV. Used the mother in a mason jar, added apple juice with no preservatives. I thought 3 months was the wait time? I put this together 4/4. I checked them today, there is about 3/4" of mold on top. Is this normal?
