    I'm certainly not putting down the organic feed! It's just a matter of cost for me, and that my farm isn't strictly organic, and won't be anytime soon, or ever. Mary

    I don't buy organic chicken feed, because of the cost. I do understand that it's more expensive to produce, but still I'm not going to buy it. I do buy organically grown fruits and veggies whenever possible, and the birds may get some of that as treats. I don't use herbicides or pesticides...
