    the quality of red on the wings tells me male, along with the comb. A couple more weeks will see saddle feathers, male or female, popping out, but I'm leaning towards male here. God, what a gorgeous bird!!!!!!

    The second group, the first one with the bright red comb is a cockerel. And yes, your birds aren't ameraucana, they are easter eggers.

    For easter eggers, their coloring is female. The patterns are female. There's no male coloring.

    How old? Sexing by behavior can be problematic, as some girls will act like boys and visa versa. That said, I'm leaning cockerel based on the comb.

    I don't see it. Brown ok... rust = cockerel. Give it some time, and yes, sometimes they're red by now, sometimes not. Give it a little time.

    For now pullet. The color is kinda ragged. Give this one another week or two. The only reason I could call cockerel on the first so easily is the rust coloring over the wings. That's very indicative of a male.

    If they're teeny, they could also be bantam. How small are they compared to the others? I mean, you COULD breed an EE with feathered legs... very possible... but usually hatcheries don't.
